The Spring Meltdown is a 12 week program that provides you the opportunity to lose weight and learn how to keep it off. Participants are given custom eating plans for each week as well as a weekly exercise prescription. With a new plan every week, accountability and encouragement daily, and cash prizes for the winners, it’s Live Oak Fitness’ most fun and effective way to get healthy and live healthy!

1. Simplicity. Each week you get a complete eating plan for the week with a full grocery list. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all of your snacks are set up for you so there is no guess work. All you have to do is your weekly grocery shopping and follow the plan!
